Outside of the club where Nara works, one of his co-workers has the responsibility of luring in customers for the evening. This is a common practice with host clubs, usually involving a few guys at a time bothering passing women with both praise and even insults - depending on what they think will make the 'sale'. I'd imagine if your route goes by one regularly they can get annoying.

"Host clubs" where women buy overpriced drinks in exchange for insincere flattery and hollow conversation from effeminate young men? Total lost on me.
Dude hawking his employers wares outside his place of business and getting spat on by passers by? Universal.
