Well first off I am sorry for the rather shitty job my relic of a scanner did on the picture. I haven't been able to contact with my friend to scan the work I have ready so I used my recent ref pictures of my character Jack Thaiden be the test run of my old, fried scanner. I think I will wait for the chance to actually get my friend to send them through a actual working scanner as it took forever to work and also started to smoke more so than what it did before lol. I will scan these two pictures again when I talk to him as these are so far my favorite pictures I've done of the character. Well shit scan job aside for those who don't know Jack here is the main character of a story I am still working on called "Hangman's Game" and is a white collared raven.

Shitty? I actually think the scanner added to it! Like, it makes it have a sort of....gritty-esque look to it? I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but just know, everything I'm trying to say is positive! (And even if the scanner didn't do anything to the image, it'd still be pretty awesome and I like it.)
It at least pick up most of the details in the picture this time but the color always seems to scan very faded and due to the shimmer the colored pencils give off its hard to correct. Hehe I know and thank you very much for the kind words on it. Jack's looks are still a wip though as I can't seem to settle on the style of which to draw him and with the rest of the cast now in the works I really should be able to make a choice but I can't heheh. (No major changes to Jack here as of late but the main "Bad" character of the story Ben is next up for a new design.)
