I can certainly draw winged characters! :3 I suppose, if the wings are naturally a part of the character's species (i.e. gryphon, anthro bird, etc) then I won't charge extra, but if not... well, I suppose it depends on the kind of commission you'd like. :U Certainly not a lot, though! Feel free to note me and we can talk about it! ^^

To be honest I've never had experience with money orders before, so I'm not entirely sure how they work. ^^' Usually what I do with PayPal is do the sketch first, and once I receive payment I finish it. From what little I know about money orders, they typically take longer to go through...? If that's the case it might then take longer for the sketch to be finished...
Why don't you go ahead and note me with more details? :) I can accept a money order, I'll just have to wait until the payment's received before I can finish a sketch for ya. But just send me the details on what you'd like for your character, reference sheet, poses/expressions, etc and I can get to work on a sketch for ya. ^^
