Comedic, very much so. But I have a thing for comedy that's delivered naturally as opposed to in a slap-stick manner. In all honesty, I was trying to blend the awesome cartoon stylings of Curse of Monkey Island with the somewhat more realistic visuals of the first two games in the series, specifically LeChuck's Revenge. Plus a dash of my own influence.

Because Pirates are always awesome. No questions asked.

He's not a bad artist by any means, but it's a little over the top for my liking.

Maybe something got lost in translation since he doesn't speak English and relies on a translator software.

For those who love the Monkey Island series and similar games, if you can find and play "Day of the Tentacle" it is a must-- but it must be a version with sound! The text only version is nowhere near as great without the hilarious voices. Trouble is you need legacy (read: ancient) computers and software to run it.

Anyway, glad to hear people loved the series, it is sorely missed.

Oooh yesh...who can ever forget LeChuck's revenge ^_^ I must say my favourite part in the whole game has to be the start...just the comments shared there...oiy ^_^ This is really a wonderful picture and I think that you brought the characters alive. Well done :)
