Lord_Draconis of none other than his scalesona being one hell of a proud dragon in his castle!
Excuse me while I go lay down for a while. XD This is definitely one of the most involved pieces I've ever done, period. He's in a library, haha! I gotta say though, I'm rad happy with how it turned out. The lines and background and frame took a real long time, phew. I also went and gave everything texture, because the flats were bugging me. The overall atmosphere is wicked insane - I'm so happy with it.

The dragon heads on the frame...they're staring into your soul~
Also, Easter eggs in the background. Because I do that kind of thing a lot in my pieces. Gotta keep your eyes peeled.

Haha, nothing like a dragon in his study and with a roaring fire, and a good set of books. Of course a sword in the pose of this mural is great looking as well. An to this, dragon statues by the mantel above the fireplace, and giant murals on the walls decorating the room, one a headshot of the XIII dragon Vanguard and the other, a feral form Muzafr from your personal Ref sheet, well done.

I must warn you, though. You face off against my son first; and he will show you no mercy.
He will kill you at the first opportunity. And he has never been beaten in single combat. Not even once.
While under normal conditions; the rules for honorable dragon-on-dragon combat state that no killing is allowed by either side, however they also state when fighting over the throne; the defenders can choose to go for the kill. The opposing dragon cannot; for they must show that they can defeat any opponent, not just a weaker one; by disabling them; not killing them, and thus preserving the peace and our species.
After current Draconic Royalty has been defeated in the arena of honorable combat; THEN the new Draconic Royal Family can decide what to do with those that are defeated.
