This is Noir Blanc, the enigmatic head scientist and occasional combat director of Faustus, the organisation of which Tiamat Crocell and Baal belong to.
While a cat, she is technically a being known as a Grimalkin, a race of magically adept cats who are very rare, and seem to have originated in Central/Western Europe, with Noir being born in Northern France. Despite looking fairly young, she was actually born in 1904, making her 110 years old, yet still quite young for her species.
She doesn't speak much, only to give orders or to converse with her husband and leader of Faustus, Markel Reiniger (who will be shown sometime soon with his own bio.)
While quiet and stoic, she is prone to the occasional bout of frustration induced rage and tends to violently express her disdain for those who irritated her. She is also an alcoholic and can be seen nursing a vodka or absinthe bottle regularly. She also has a dry, dark sense of humor and sometimes shows a softer, more maternal side to the likes of Baal...and her daughter, Jin. (Who I only co-own so will most likely not post here, check DA for her :P)
