Somewhere between Job searching and otehr projects i'm trying to find time to do some art for myself and to sell at AC.
This is a piece i'm considering,.. i'm still kinda unsure about it though,...
"Omnes vulnerant, postuma necat." - "All wound, the last kills."

Yay! Garr exists again! It's great seeing you around again! Good luck with job hunting and such. That's always a big pain.
It's not a bad piece at all, methinks! :)
One thing that does strike me slightly odd, though, is the balance with our fuzzy friend seems off with the strong symmetry of the rest. You might try shifting him to the right a bit to avoid the big blank stripe of white on the right side. Then, if necessary, you can draw in a little more neck to balance out the left if needed and make sure it's clear Fuzzy's head is actually tilted down and he's not just completely rotated instead (which might happen without the black swooping in like it is now.
It's also a little awkward with the text that overlaps the black since you have to kind of squint at it to be able to read. I can't think of a solution, though. Inverting the colours could break the mad cool flowy line and you can't exactly move it anywhere else easily. Err... never mind :).
I like the contrast between the styles of lines you use between the black and white sides.
Fuzzy needs a hug.

Okay, the thing about roman numerals is this up to three it goes I II III but the number four is IV not IIII That's cause the number before the higher unit is subtracted So IV is one five meaning 5 - 1 = 4 when you get to the number nine it's not VIIII or even VIV but IX becuse you have a one, then a ten, it's ten minus one to give you nine. The reason for this is that at a glance, III is hard to tell from IIII So the roman numerals proceed as follows. I II III IV V VI VII VIII IX X XI XII XIII XIV XV XVI XVII XVIII XIX XX XXI XXII XXIII XXIV XXV XXVI XXVII XXVIII XXIX XXX XXXI XXXII XXXIII XXXIV XXXV XXXVI XXXVII XXXVIII XXXIX XXXX XXXXI XXXXII XXXXIII XXXXIV XXXXV XXXXVI XXXXVII XXXXVIII IL L.
I know it was not necessary but I just thought since you took the time to get a good latin quote that you would want the roman numerals correct.
In short. it should read:
XII
I
II
III
IV
V
VI
Oh, and with regards to 2 saying you're a dragon, my vote is you're a wolf all the way.

Although what you say is usually true it is only true for the modern ordering of Roman numerals; Originally IIII was used for 4. The modern 'subtractive notation' didn't become standard until relatively recently. In terms of clocks it has long been traditional to use the classical IIII instead of IV,. i'm not sure exactly why. :)
and thanks for knowing i'm not a dragon ;)
