The Arvins is a long range sniper CA that is equipped with a High caliber Railgun that is capable of piercing the armor of most conventional CA types including the Goliath.The Arvins is also cabible of skimming across various types of terrain thanks to the number of thrusters mounted in its legs. The Arvins is also equipped with a high impact shield with a reaper-style blade housed within. There are however drawback to the Arvins, while extremely powerful, the Railgun's ammunition is limited at 5 rounds before reloading, and the noise and muzzle flash from the weapon can alert a enemy to the CA's position. The Arvins has the lightest armor of any CA type which makes it very vulnerable to even standard CA weaponry.

Hello again...
The shield reminds me of the Colus' forces Berlin mass-produced MH, and the torso of a cut-down, simplified version of the LED Mirage fielded by the Amaterasu Kingdom Demenses (AKD) for their Mirage Knights... The gun, though, THAT is truly unique. While there's a lot of big guns in mecha anime, this one is somewhat different. If the inspiration was some specific series, I'm not seeing it.
Like the pic, as usual, though there are errors at the lower torso / hip region with the angle there. Elsewise, quite good!

*laughs* thanks dark.^^ I was trying a lot of different things with this design, with heavy emphitis on the rifle of course. This design is actually a redesign of my earlier strike gunner mecha though the only thing I didn't really change was the head or the size of the rifle.
