Have some more Mini pictures, while we're at it!
On the left, we have a Terminator Chaplain with the Teeth of Terra, custom built from two chainswords since a single one looked weaksauce on a massive Terminator model. The model isn't that that well visible on photo because of the black priming - and it would have been just one big black mass if I hadn't drybrushed it with a grey yet.
And the other two are my Terminator Captain with a Lightning Claw and the Primarch's Fury. Cheap little guy who can put out quite a bit of dakka (5 shots with shred, fired at BS 5 and one reroll due to Masterwork weapon) and inflict a bit of pain in melee also.
The back view is to show off his scale cloak.

They can indeed. I'm using one for Captain for my Biker/Cavalry unit and it fits quite well. (And showed one of the nice aspects of resin - I was able to bend the cloak to make it appear flapping in the wind)
You will most likely have to file the top part smooth to be able to fit the backpack on it without too much trouble, but that really wasn't much of a problem.
