The commissioner wished to remain anonymous.
No one, however, will recognize him after he finishes his transformation. It is a common contemporary presumption that when ancient texts refer to werewolves, they refer a creature that takes a vaguely anthropomorphic form usually once a month and gets to be human most of the time. That isn't what this text was intending to convey. A curse is not always a perpetual thing; it can merely be a one time deal with malignant intent. This is why you do not want to go messing with forces unknown. You might end up with a tail between your legs, no thumbs to hold that wand and a very feral attitude that keeps you from concentrating on casting.
Not that I consider this to be a bad outcome.

Jeez, I hope I don't sound like one of the "ermagerd, so hawt murr murr" guys. XD But seriously, you've got me there. I wasn't expecting to see something in this quality now... or ever. Just wow, awesome work dude. I really hope I can ever get a commission from you. Like I said, I always wanted something like this.
It takes a lot of steps and using every tool available. The more different tools you can incorporate into the work, the more control you have over how it will look. It also involves lots of playing around. I see the entire image in all of its details first, it is already done in my head, I imagine exactly what it will look like down to the hairs and little textures. The difficult part is figuring out which techniques to use to make the image I have turn into the image I see in my head. I am always dissatisfied, not because I can't get there, but because getting to the image I imagine always requires more time than I can possibly dedicate. I can see a whole room in my head with vivid enough detail that it can occasionally be as real as experiencing the room.
I should do a livestream at some point, but I can't deal with being watched while I work. Working on things is like a pendulum for me. I go too far one way, adjust, then go too far the other way, but each time, it becomes more and more what I what it to look like until the pendulum stops swinging. So the process looks like a lot of mistakes which are really just preparations for later effects.
The important thing about making something look realistic is caring about every single pixel and knowing how microscopic elements flow together across an area. I am not nearly as good as some individuals who can paint pictures from scratch and make them look like photos. But I have only been doing this for ~2-3 years. So maybe someday I will get there.
I am not too big on sharing technique secrets except to individual artists who are interested in learning something. I'll send you a private note with a more detailed explanation of what I do.

Wooooow. See, this is why I watch you. The amount of detail on this is just astounding. -Love- the paw pads and that you even paid attention to the webbing in-between the digits. Those claws pushing out from underneath his fingernails are just awesome. Great, great work.~
Aww, thank you for noticing those things. I spend a lot of time studying anatomy when I am not manipping. I am always worried that someone who really loves a particular species and knows everything about it will point out an anatomical mistake and will be upset about it. I really love the things that separate different species. I would love to know what it is like to have those differences.
I checked my list and you were the next person I was going to contact. I know you wanted a tf into your fursona. I'll be in contact soon to talk about details for the commission and stock if you wanted to pose for it. I am someone who appreciates the beauty of larger body types, and I think it would be really cool to capture all of the details of your sona!
Just knowing that my work means something to you means a lot to me. I am kind of an asocial individual, but I really love creating and sharing. Working on art and music takes most of my time each day; I can spend up to 12 hours alone. But moments where I can bring pleasure and joy through my work makes all of that effort worth it.
quite simply the BEST tf artwork i have ever seen... period
I am normally a lurker here but i have broken out and given you my first sitebound comment,
It's truly magnificent, the texture work the perspective and attention to detail are just.. mindblowing
Cannot wait to see what else you have lined up!!

I believe this will always be my most favorite and beloved piece of TF artwork I have ever seen. When I think of TF artwork, this is the quintessential masterpiece that comes to mind. The texture of the paw pads, the way the nail is splitting through the foot (erm, paw), and the fibrous yet fuzzy (rapidly becoming bushy) wolf tail creeping it's way across the bed and underneath our unfortunate spell-caster is one of the most erotic pieces of artwork I have had the joy of seeing. Well done, well done indeed!
Congratulation! You just Unlocked the acheivement "Art Theft"where someone just posted this piece as their own on their gallery.

Although it is annoying and stuff, you can also look at it as compliment that your art is just so freaking awesome XD.
Still I hate thieves and just wanted to make sure you didn't get ripped off.
I actually caught one that used others art and tried to get people to pay hundreds for similar art
