Andrea: "I already ordered a pizza, and we still gotta beat Borderlands Two!"
Arianne: "Nnngh..."
With less than a month left on her surrogate pregnancy, Arianne is feeling very swollen and heavy, and doesn't feel like doing anything but lay in bed all day. Along comes her BFF Andrea Ross, a sprightly and mischievous little Jackal, who also happens to be a bit of a dork. She aims to drag the foxy girl out of bed and into the living room so they can spend some time together. She knows that if she leaves Arianne alone for too long she'll start feeling gloomy again. After all, Andrea's the one that's been tending to Arianne since she agreed to carry her sister's baby.
Andrea's your average tomboyish gal that loves all things nerdy, such as comic books, movies, trading card games, books, video games and all things in-between. Although she can come off as a bit teasing and jerkish sometimes, she's actually a very kind and caring girl that's always looking out for her friends, in her own way.
Now for the arsty-fartsy explanation and stuff:
This is a cute little piece that I've been wanting to do for a while, based off of a suggestion made to me by Lightheart89 some time ago. Also I know some of you have been wanting to see Arianne again, so here she is, this time with a friend!
Again trying my hand at more difficult poses, and in this case with two characters. There's a lot of things I would've liked to refine, but I think the overall piece came out okay. There's definitely room for improvement, though. I will say, however, that I'm very pleased with the way Arianne's face came out. I'm getting better at drawing canine faces, I think. No colored lines for this one. Sorry guys, it's just that after putting 8+ hours into these two, I'm a little burnt out and can't be bothered to color all the damned lines. I might go back and do it if this piece gets a bunch of views, but for now enjoy some black, chunky linework.
