[Beresford Zheng]: Male, Hufflepuff Third Year, Chinese Muntjac. Born to a Muggle father and a British-born witch in Shanghai, China, he and his family immigrated to the United Kingdom when he was only a year old. As such, he remembers little of his birthplace and while fluent in Chinese, much prefers to speak in English and relates to that culture more than his father’s ancestors. He suffers from frequent bouts of illness - anything ranging from the common cold to severe flu’s or worse - and is in the Hospital Wing frequently. Despite this, Beresford is upbeat and outgoing, a fan to and of both ladies and gentlemen alike. His preferred career is to work in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, as an Auror or a general minister. His best subject is, predictably, Muggle Studies.
