These are 2 new chars.
Malashenko (Crux): Is the team leader of the NCIS/VCIS team stationed at the Metro Naval Yard on Oakutarui III. He follows the rules, but tends to go by his own only to make sure the investigation goes right in the end.
Nikolai Fornnel (Wolf): Senior Field Agent in the same squad of Malashenko stationed at the Metro Naval Yard. He tends to be the quiet, but at the same time clumsy one. Being VCIS aswell, whenever the law cannot pass down he can take it care of it with a vorish-touch.
