The second oldest of Bowser's kids, and, ironically, the shortest. He's also the most childish, and is always seen on top of a large rubber ball. He loves cold and the circus, and can balance on his ball even on slippery ice. And I don't want to hear any jokes about him either liking or having "big balls".
