I know, I should be posting pictures of my new fursuit,
but I'm still arranging and writing so have some dawgs
in the meantime.
To me, this photo sums up the character differences
between the Corgi-Like-Product and the Whippadore perfectly.
Rudyard stands guard, ever vigilant for predator and prey, his
eyes scanning the horizon and his ears perked for the slightest
sound carried on the wind. His every sense is working in perfect
harmony, and he is the epitome of an outdoorsman.
Meanwhile, Magnolia found a really pretty rock and wonders when
someone will bring her a snow cone...
If these guys were at a convention, Rud would be working con-ops
or security while Magnolia visited every room on the party floor.
They make an unusual but happy match, and I am in constant
amazement of how they interact with the world around them.
I learn much from my dogs, and I try to imagine what they would
do when I'm acting the part of talking canine myself.
Rud would help little old ladies across the street, and Magnolia
would buy everyone another round and lead a bawdy bar room chant.
So I try to do both, sometimes not very well, but then I'm just a human
and I've got a lot to learn.
When I suit, I think of all the dogs that I've had the pleasure to
act as guardian for, and I am acutely aware that I represent all
they have taught me every time I slip on the fur.
Thank you to Shiro and Rodger and Carmen and Rud and Magnolia,
I am the Dogbomb that you see stumbling around today.
Now that the perimeter is secure, let's get that picnic started.
Rud will check the expiration dates on the mayo and ketchup whilst
Magnolia and I see who can eat Fritos the fastest.

Thank you! Magnolia will pose for a picture fairly easily, but Rud is often hard to catch. He has
so many responsibilities to attend to....
This picture was taken at Lake Havasu in Arizona, about 12 miles downriver from
my house. There is a giant lake in the middle of the darn desert!
