A pound of shrimp, loads of garlic, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, white wine, lemons, butter, parsley, and plenty of pasta. I give you, shrimp scampi. As I continue my exploration of cooking, this is a dish I like to make often. Let me assure anyone reading this, if I can cook, ANYONE can cook. All you need is the right ingredients, the right tools, and the ability to follow basic directions.
