Weeell, its -almost- an engulfed buizel! This was done as sort of an accidental trade of sorts. I wanted to just draw this, 'cause it was a nice suggestion, but  joe-anthro is too nice, and decided that he'd draw a lil' sketch for me. He's a real nice buddy!
