Migada is a large lugia with a just as large influence over the city he lives on. she administrates a great part of the goods that are imported and exported there, and also helps the homeless pokemons with charity organizations.

Not everything is color of roses though. She is the leader of a highly influential Mafia group in the city. no pokemon messes with her the wrong way and if they do they generally end up in the garbage as a dead corpse or as next day's dinner.

She climbed to her current position after a dispute with her ex-husband about how he administrated the city's good to help the rich only. her husband sent his best assassins, a group of 10 dragonairs, to dispose of her. It would have been set up so it looked like another mafia group had killed her, but little they knew, including her husband, about her true strenght and own influence around the city. she's huge, after all! after she and her allies killed the group of assassins, she claimed their beads as throphies and melted them, then fused them to make a larger orb, the one currently in her staff. After the incident she faced her husband by herself and killed him to steal his position. He was weak. high in influence, but physically weak. he had not a single chance. Since then, she's been pursued by old friends of him but none has had the chance to silence her completely.

The economy in her city has increased greatly since its goods started to be administrated better.

The Silver wing Mafia uses leather bands on random parts of their body and a dark scarf. some of them have a silver wing tatoo somewhere around their body. since she has great influence over the low class as well as a small group of the high class she uses their eyes and ears to spy all around the city.

in general she's a kind person specially with her friends. all my pokemon characters know and respect her, and are willing to fight for her and vice versa. just dont mess with her and you might just have a strong ally.

Her favorite dessert is Chocolate Chip ice cream with pinneapple jelly topping. her favorite meat is pidgeot and staraptor. in rare ocassions, after a murder attempt, she feasts on whoever had tried to kill her.

btw, Mīgaḍa apparently means Cream in thulu language.

known moves: hypnosis, ice beam, thunderbolt, psychic. she also uses her staff as a mace as a weapon and her wings and tail to smack her enemies. you just cant rely on mere pokemon movess to survive!!!
