This is certainly not what Petie had in mind to show that his size does not prelude his quality. I think Petie would be better off doing something fun like ballet lessons or swimming classes.

Think I can clear that up a bit. Petie is technically a teen, he just has had the lousy luck of not having evolved yet and just being short in conjunction to it. With the whole factor he can easily pass for an actual teddiursa cub so there have been instances in  thelostone 's stories and such that have had Petie involved in various advertisements where the producers want a cub but don't want the trouble of an actual cub including a few for diapers hence Petie's awkwardness to that remark from Jordan.
