Quite a great bust shot! ^_^
Just two suggestions:
1) I would try to use a fine scale texture (or something similar) for the face, too. It looks off, that this is the only part with NO texture!
2) The scales on the chest should go slightly more to the left and right... not only pointing down.
But it's really well done.
I love the head design and the scales are better each time you draw them.

Ahh ok, I´ll use your advice of the scales´s direction for the next time I use them ^ ^º it´s beena while since I add scales in the chest, Orion doesn´t have afterall XP
