Ironically enough this was the last photo I took when I was in Arizona this year. Only a furry would go out of his way to pull over on the side of the road, jump out of the car and take a few photos with his telephoto of this :P.
Art like this is common along the onramps and off-ramps in the Phoenix area. Since its a pain to grow grass there, they do other things like this to try to make it less boring... and more distracting to the AZ furs... XD
