
The turtles are excellent fighters, but they wouldn't have been without an excellent sensei!
Master Splinter needs his props! He certainly has changed a lot in appearance over the years. This look mixes his old color scheme from the 80's cartoons, and the stylized version of him from the 2003-2009 series. I wanted to make the pose unique, like he was meditating, and then BAM! He snaps out of it and senses danger....he knows he's gonna have to throw a smackdown on The Foot! His sons aren't there and he isn't the master-in-distress like he was back in the day. So, he will defend himself and will not be taking any names!!
It took me all evening to get all the shading and color schemes right. These are the results.
