I wouldn't beat yourself up for not being completely on model. If anything, like most female Sonic characters, Rouge is drawn extremely skinny. The proportions you've given her here, are much more realistic and normal looking. If anything it only serves to make Sonic's infamous bat-girl, even hotter looking. At absolute worst, you could always pull  uniprae and my favorite trick. Claim this is a drawing of the actor who played Rouge, in your characters' universe.

Her torso looks fine to me, but her left leg looks a little longer than the other. Still overall, awesome wrok

well im not sayings its "bad" its just off. Like if you really study her design, and allot of other Sonic characters, they are roughly 3 heads tall and the palm of their hands rest at their knees. Im just picky with that stuff XP
