Aw man, I hate BSL. :/ I didn't realize that they were passing it in maryland as well. That sucks... it's not a solution to the dog-fighting problem at all. :/

It's been in effect for a couple years unfortunately. :c They're actually trying to appeal it. Last year was unsuccessful at the last minute so I have my fingers crossed that a fair appeal goes through.
