Commissioned work for the owner(?) of this character. (Was commissioned by Iveechan, and I'm not sure if they're the same person or not! =^^=; ) If I'm not mistaken his name is Rubin.. then again, I could be wrong about that. Here he is, stretched out, shirtless, handcuffed and secured to a post with nothing but his unzipped pants and a pair of tidy-whities to keep away the cold..

Personally, I think this belongs in general.. let's see if it stays there!
