They are attacking key locations in this millitary instilation of course they are looking for a new base what better place then there? :P they capture as much as possible to take control and to basically remain... secret. :P they keep the leaders of the base alive as to keep themselves conceiled. And trust meh when i say the leaders of these bases are ... pursuaded... to keep themselves quiet about these rebels being there D=. :P and the rebels tend to keep everything in working order since most of em were part of the military o.+.o rawr rawr
