Anyone who has ever worked at any place that has the modern Fast Food layout of service will know those feelings.
Heck, when one of my first jobs was at McDonald's, I almost lost it with a few customers... "I want a cheeseburger without the cheese" - "...so, you mean a regular burger".
"NO, I MEAN A FUCKING CHEESEBURGER WITHOUT THE CHEESE, ARE YOU DEAF OF FUCKING RETARDED YOU TWAT?!"
