Okay, I love that. Is that puffed shoulders, or a mini mantle? Looks more like the latter to me, but that might be because I like mantles :P Love the sleeves with their wrist circle bit, reminds me of Stellvia somewhat. < ^.^ > Skirt and ruffles are great too, particularly the little one around her neck. All suits her well, I think, nice work.
