“By the forests of the hills, by the mists of the shores, I swear fealty to Isles of Lefaun, to protect the people, to serve the throne, & vanquish evil. I curse the Dark, I bless the Light, sweareth I, this faithful knight.”
This is ANCIENT art that
Defiance did of my old coyote fursona Sir Justice. Dug this and a few other gems out of her cobwebbed art vault. Don't tell her. >_>
Sir Justice was a knight of the Isles of Lefaun. While traveling to a forbidden island he met Silvy a young woman living alone in a cottage growing roses. After falling in love with Silvy and visiting her in secret, a dark force kidnapped her and held her hostage, agreeing only to release her if Justice did something terrible, an act of mass murder. After committing this darkest of sins, it was revealed that Silvy was actually Silveen Morgayn, a dark enchantress who had been trapped on the island by a benevolent curse that could only be broken by the darkest of sacrifice. Finally freed of her prison, Silveen offered Justice a place at her side in helping her rebuild her dark kingdom. Justice killed her and wend into exile, vowing never to rest until he had made up for all the lives that he had taken. However, Silveen would continue to haunt him both metaphorically and literally for a long time to come. The slave collar bearing the rose around his neck is a cursed object that holds Silveen's spirit and keeps it within the mortal realm by letting her leech off Justice's life. Justice can only be rid of them both if his soul is redeemed.
