1. the tail's head is always bigger than the main head (doesn't matter the size but it's always bigger)
2. two or more heads on the tail are rare so ask me first though
3. they can eat from both mouths but the tail can hold more food.
4. I know this sounds dumb but snakes aren't Tailheads to me they are just limbless bodies. but if you wanna make a character with a snake tail you don't even need to credit or ask me
5. they are shape shifters so they can be any animal anthro or feral. both the main body and the tail can transform into different animals
6. there will be more to this list when I think of something or might just draw it up because I need to draw how they look as babies."
