This is Logan.
A character that just happened X3 he's very very grumpy. He smokes a lot and drinks a lot, too.
He used to be an agent, but something happened and they demoted him to the police force. He is not happy about this. But then again, when is he happy about anything? His upstairs neighbours upset him often by copulating loudly.
