The Lack of Tree Sex
I remember watching the recent remake of The Evil Dead with PC and 
soryane. While watching it and trying hard not to gag at the gore, I did notice the lack of trees having sex with women. There were vines, but it wasn't the same 0.0 I remember seeing PC watching the entire movie with a discouraging look on her face while Sor and I tried are best to watch the gore.

Great movie, I still found the tree seen to be much more gruesome than the ogirional....however the remake didnt have a funny slapstick humor, which i happens to miss alot. I got the chance to go to Halloween Horror Nights 2013, and go through the eveil dead maze...which was fuckin awesome.
Also the "Bruce Campbell Crackers" made me giggle

Heh…I'm a complete wuss…can't watch almost any kind of horror (that includes the gross parts in Shawn of the Dead)

ED and ED II played up the humor a lot. And the gore in them was designed to be over the top - and oddly, therefore less horrifying.
Have yet to see the remake, but I've been told elsewhere it's a straight horror flick, lots of gore. I could watch it, but it's certainly not what I loved about the originals.
