The reason behind? I love the mane six... Every part of this is in some way attributed to each of the mane six. The gems are from Rarity (my fave pony~) and are Generosity. The inside of the band is gold=Rainbow Dash.. Loyalty. The outside is blue and stands for her healing powers she has... or magic.. ie Twilight Sparkle. The wings represent Hope and Pinkie Pie has a lot of Hope being she is of Laughter! Finally is the band itself.. The band means Drizzys unending love for things... And Fluttershy is Kindness/Applejack is Honesty... In order to have unending love, there has to be kindness and honesty :)

This is more or less a tribute to the main six... Drizzy learned well from them. ;)
