I had a particularly interesting commission at FC. Someone handed me a sketchbook wherein I had done the first picture in it over twenty years ago (literally, it was dated 1993!) and he asked me to draw the last picture in the book. How often do you get to do something like that? There were some memories in there of other pictures I had drawn, but just seeing that, yes, I had improved during those twenty years was good to see.
On the first page, the person's avatar was a pigeon and Gen was teasing him by dangling his hat over his head (in hindsight I think that doing that to someone who can fly is kind of silly, but hey, it made for a fun gag) So in the last I drew Gen boggling at the person's new avatar, a very bookish looking red panda.
Pen and ink, and I left my construction lines in just so you can see how they look.
