bubbles I already knew how to do, they're so easy. I was honestly surprised I didn't already have a bubble brush preset made.
once I found the right tutorial, making the background was super fun, and playing around with settings to make my own unique look was fun too. it was more fun because I had to do it twice cuz photoshop crashed! 8D *twitch*
all good though, came out 3476523956% better second time around.
