"As of 8:16 am this morning, reports have come in of a massive power outage in the Salt Lake Valley. Rocky Mountain Power has stated that the outage began as a suburb street near Point-of-the-Mountain went down first. Then, like it was a contagion, the outage spread to include both Salt Lake and Utah Counties. This story is ongoing and will be updated as we learn more."
