This is why shaving is one of the most important part of a suit's head - I honestly feel a shaving job can make or break the entire look. It's also one of the more easy things to get wrong!

Left : Before sewing and gluing on.

Right: After sewing, gluing, and shaving. His hair has also been added, with some temporary goggles to show how they can sit on the hair (The owner has a better pair of goggles he is going to put on him!)

Syrrus is very close to being finished now, he just needs a neck to be made, and then a box found before he can be shipped off to his owner!

Once his neck is finished, I'll be taking some more photos hopefully in the daylight as well :)
