I may have forgotten to mention to you about Ezskar's robotic eye. The hypnotic eye is actually behind the front glass, so similar to Tero with the 'downgrade in tech' he has to flip open the eye hatch to use his hypnotic eye instead of it being automatic or on command. That was actually the reason the spiral wasn't there but I think I may have made it a bit obscure.
