I was working on a pic of Tron earlier today and then for some reason an image of her in the Mighty No 9 style popped into my head. So yeah that lead to this drawing yay

Gotcha... Kinda one of those.... Call it as u see it type names? U say tomato, I say toe-mah-toe
Yeah me and my roomie had a half hour discussion about Tron Bonne and Flonne from Disgaea and the pronunciation of their respective names. He told me he always saw her name as "Flo-nay" as in perhaps Japanese pronunciation, I'd always considered her name like Flan (the food) but I also though that maybe it could be "Flone" like "Bone" ala Tron Bonne =)

*Pulls out Japanese Disgaea art book* In my book Flonne's name in the Japanese Romaji would be
"FuRoN" so yeah her name rhyming with Bone makes sense.
Also while i was looking that up i pulled out my Japanese copies of MegaMan Legends, and when they wrote Tron's name in English in one of the manuals it was "Tron Born"
I am having a weird deja-vue moment, like i've had this conversation before XP

well there is some debate on how its pronounced because her name is based on music terms like other Mega Man characters. her name comes from the instrument Trombone, so some people think that Bonne is pronounced "Bone". But in all the English dubbed games its pronounced Bon, like James Bond without the "D"
I personally go with the Bon pronunciation
