A Love That Grows (Valentine's Day YCH!!!)
Bouquets of flowers are all fine and good, but love in a garden is much better! So, with the idea that love grows, matures, changes, and becomes even more gorgeous, we have a picture of two fuzzies being cuddly in what will be a cluster of colorful wildflowers and friendly butterflies.
Yes, a YCH auction! Let's get on with the rules, shall we?:
What You Get
-THE FINISHED PIECE WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE VALENTINE'S DAY!!! THAT MEANS YOU WILL AT LEAST HAVE A PRETTY SCAN TO SHOW YOUR LOVED ONES OR YOUR FURRY FANS!
-A piece of original art on a piece of 9 x 12 inch heavy weight multimedia paper that will be completed with micron inks, copic markers, india ink, and whatever else it takes to get the job done traditionally.
-Will be shipped to you upon completion.
Bidding
-Bidding will end at 12 NOON EASTERN TIME ON 01/30/14
-Customization is available on ALL LEVELS. However, the characters must be primarily canine in appearance, so if you have any questions about hybrid characters with anything other than canine in them, please ask before bidding. Here are some things you should know:
---I will not adjust the size or body type of the characters, so keep that in mind.
---I will change the shape of their muzzles, ears, and tails to make them look like the proper breed.
---I will add jewelry, tattoos, etc. for no extra charge.
---If you want me to add SIGNIFICANT changes such as adding more tails, etc, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 on top of the final bid. NO WINGS ON THIS ONE AS IT WOULD ALTER THE POSE WAAAAY TOO MUCH.
---AND YOU GET TO CHOOSE THE SPECIES/COLOR OF THE BUTTERFLIES. GIRLY OF ME I KNOW.
---Feel free to ask me questions about what would and would not be allowed in the customization.
---About the background. This will not be a full background at any level. What you're looking at will be a sort of cluster background where the characters will be semi-surrounded by grass, wildflowers, and butterflies. Look at the pencil lines on the picture as a guideline. It will probably go out a bit further than that, but it will not be a full background.
-This will be run on a Ladder Options System. The Levels are as follows:
---$80-$125 will get the the characters and the background inked and colored in my cell shading sort of style. NOTE THAT THE BACKGROUND WILL BE SIMPLIFIED!!! SO IF YOU WANT MY MORE DETAILED BACKGROUNDS THAT ARE TYPICAL OF MY WORK, YOU'LL HAVE TO GO TO THE OTHER LEVEL!!! Here are some examples:

-Payment is expected upon the close of the auction. I will not wait for your next paycheck to hit the bank. Don't bid if you can't pay. If you skip out on this, I will more than likely never agree to work with you again, and I will post you to Artists Beware on LiveJournal. You've been warned.
-Payment methods accepted within the United States are Paypal, concealed cash (sent at your risk), and money order. Outside the US, all I'll accept is Paypal.
-Shipping within the US is $5 added onto the final bid. International shipping is $10 on top of the final bid.
