I do, yes! I have done two commissions already where they were printed out, and have one in the works right now (a much larger project, but still in the same vein). I'll be available for commission once this guy and my other assignments are caught up on, which should be in the next few days.
Thank you for asking! :D

I was curious because I've been looking for a month now, and I haven't been able to find anyone who's actually active that I like the style of. :(
Also asked because I haven't seen any prices for it, but you have prices posted for other things. So wasn't sure if you were actually doing these on commission or if they were for schoolwork or personal projects.

The 3D model commissions have been kept kind of quiet advertising-wise, as I didn't feel completely comfortable with my skill; currently, I've just plum forgotten to make an announcement for it!
Most of my model commissions have been for prints, and as such have been around $350 for each model. These models have been printed at around 6 inches high over at Shapeways, so the price I offer is to help pay the price for printing (which have been around $150-$200 on average), and the extra money is to compensate for time and skill.
For miniatures, I'm thinking that they'd be much less to print, and as such I'm able to reduce the price for the commissioner, perhaps to about $150-$200 depending on detail. It's all still manageable, and I am willing to haggle, though I must refuse any price offer lower than what it would cost to print the model.
If you have other questions, please let me know! : )

I've been looking to get my aardgnoll character printed up. She's about human miniature size, so maybe an inch tall mini. I've even sketched a pose to work from (cape optional, and tail could be outside the cape) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12371394/
And that would be with rights to reprint myself/digital file sent to me as well? I'll probably be printing a few different ones from different places, just to see how each place does with materials, durability, detail, etc.

You would have the full printing rights as well as the digital file (I can export as STL and OBJ formats, and if you need anything different, I can see what MeshLab can do - it exports different files pretty well), yes!
Ooh, awesome!! That is a great image to work from, and the pose looks awesome. ^^
If you plan to print out the model yourself, then I don't need to add on the printing costs, and the model would be cheaper for you as a whole I imagine. : )

That's great, I know some people don't like handing over their digital files for one reason or another. I tried using Blender, and to be honest it's not my medium at all, I spent a week trying to figure it out and got absolutely nowhere. I much prefer actually handling things or drawing. xD Hence why I'm looking for someone to sculpt for me.
I drew the image myself, and could probably sketch together side and back images if necessary, though to be honest I'm not the best with anatomy (that arm holding the book is going to bug me forever, I swear) and feel you probably have a better handle on it than I.
I can imagine such. I figure it's going to be a long journey to find the right printer for me. We can be a little rough on our minis, but I'd still like detail and be able to paint easily, so it's a bit of an adventure, to say the least. However, first and foremost is finding the right artist for the job, who's willing to DO the job. :P
