Sup on some succulent salmon from the kitchens of
phoenixhaflbreed
I love salmon. I love most fish. Add in some Asian flair and ... BAM! ... I'm happy and the house smells soooo good. Easy recipe, but oh so yummy.
Ingredients:
1/3c Orange Juice
1/3c Soy Sauce
1/4c Honey
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. Salmon fillet
Optional - Red pepper flakes
Method
Mix everything but the fish together in a bag or flat bottomed tupperware.
If in bag, squeeze as much air out as possible, and lay the fish flat in the fridge for 30min.
If in a dish, place in fridge for 15min, flipping the fish, and marinating for another 15min.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25min until done, or grill 8-9min per side until done.
ENJOY!!
