I know she's a cat, but looks a tad like Krystal ('cept lacking tail rings, of course)

Maybe it just her present design, but my brother first drew her in 1989-1990. I don't think Krystal would appear until the mid-1990s.

Oh, I need to add, when he did her, he was using an older picture of Ice Cat as a model for this one, so I have no idea how she ended up even looking liek Krystal.

Heh, got the period wrong. Krystal first appeard in 2002.

Like my bro said, Icy was drawn way before Krystal appeared. If they looked the same, it's probably how her new design came out, as I was not even looking at Krystal, only at my first drawing of Icy, and, to be quite frank, I always had her with a more serious look on her face. And she takes being a heroine seriously.
