I'd say he enjoys showing off a little, and being a bird he's pretty much PG under normal circumstances, even without pants.

It is great that just that can show his personality a bit, and maybe a little bit more. Though I just like to imagine the world you draw would be okay with the more exposed body in certain situations like this, although perhaps not in many others. This is just perfect~

That's what the bottomless district is for. It encourages those in the community to be open with their bodies and not hiding things, and is treated a bit like a mask. If you were to go into a store with a mask on, people would look at you like something was wrong with you. It's the same with coverings in the bottomless district.

I like to think that the optimal him has his parts protected within. I realize I drew him with balls and dong for one of the pics he's in, but I very much prefer this version of him.
