Finally got motivated enough to do this, since I've been out of commission with some free time lately. I've had a really difficult time deciding exactly how I wanted him to look. Originally I thought he might be an all white wolf, but I sorta feel like he's more of a dog mix than a wolf, he can be a such a goofball. I always thought Bernese and Swissies had really pretty coats and I feel like their personality combined with a wolf fits him pretty well. Kinda badass, but mostly just a loveable dork who just wants to be cuddled more than anything.
I'm pretty stoked on how it turned out but it's definitely kinda messy, so I think I'm going to try and clean it up with Photoshop or something once I can get back home to my desk top. Obviously I based a lot of the sketches of f expressions and stuff from other artists refs, but I'm pretty new to this, so I had to get started somewhere, and I feel like once I got started I was able to give it my own flavor and come up with a pretty original character.
I'd love to hear some feedback!

Thanks man! Before my injury we had a couple Bernese at my work and they were definitely some of my favorite dogs that I've been able to work with. Such great personalities, and really fun in the playgroups. I'm thinking this is basically what my "designer dream dog" would look like. The blue eyes and pointy ears of a husky with the coloration of a Bernese or Swissy. I think I actually like the shorter coat of the swissy better, now that I think about it, I wouldn't want to be super shaggy like a Bernese,
