Just more practice with this style. I tried to somewhat replicate the feel of my recent icon, just so I can make somewhat of a habit out of it.

I made this while I was at school, so that's why I used Mr. Tie-Gurr. Adding my school's colors to make it seem as if I was being all school-spirity resulted in the image looking a bit... well... Evil. xD

I may scrap this later, just FYI!
