Special commission: Cover for a Kindle Fire

There was a little mix-up with the measurements of the original piece, so this is actually the second round for this commission. (Original moved to scraps/WIPs)

This item was commissioned as a gift, recipient's name on the interior has been smudged out for privacy.
Carving, stamping and elastic closure requested by commissioner.
Interior has a slip-in holder for the Kindle with a Velcro closure tab.

Hand cut, carved, dyed and finished. Double-loop lacing around the edge. Acrylic sealant and water-resistant wax finish. Antique Saddle Tan dye.
