Well here it is!
This was definitely a wake up call as far as recording covers. It reminded me that a cover doesn't have to sound like the original. I'm not Idina Menzel, I can't belt like a beast. That doesn't mean I can't have a blast with her song :)
I was having some trouble exporting it (I really need a new recording computer...) so I apologize for the random popping and quality. It sounds wonderful in Garageband lol.

I think you did it really good. Suuure it isn't 100% perfect, but I have no doubt you can go that high, and even higher (Remember the submission that made me fall in love with your voice? Life One Mars's cover ; I am sure you went higher on this one. And if not, I still think you can go higher with a proper warm-up ^_^)

Oh hell...you've gotten better! We're all hearing you raw, and you've got sheer talent.
From a whole performance standpoint, I love everything about this. Your natural range is pretty wide; what a pleasant surprise! The vibrato work is focused and used at the right moments. And when you need that stretch, your falsetto is solid. ...That's as far as my musical terminology goes, by the way!
The aspect I connected with the most is that you viewed this song as a challenge. I felt the effort you were putting in there. Knowing nothing of this song, melodically I wouldn't be surprised if you actually hit all of your notes. And not following the original by letting your voice do its thing is exactly what you should be doing; it'll naturally give you something unique.

Thank you so much! I love hearing such positive in depth feedback, whether it's the extent of your musical vocabulary or not. And hell no this wasn't one take. I wish!!! I do have a few one take songs in my gallery, but this definitely wasn't one of them. There were many takes, and about half of them with desperate giggling or frustrated little grumpy sounds lol. A few even had made up lyrics to the melody about how I just cannot get the part right.
Wow!!! Girl!!! I actually faved it and since my connection was messed up, couldn't hear it till just NOW!!! OMG, you are blowing me away each time I hear you! I really really love how gentle your phrases are here, and soft, spotless intonation! It is a cover and you should do it your way, not trying to imitate the original! :D So you did an excellent job, as always dear Asia!!! :D Congrats! <3
