Winter in California - Art Contest
Winter in California? HA! You'd have to go pretty far if you want to see even a little bit of snow... whatever that is. Here in SoCal, the only seasons we have are: Hot and Windy, Hot and Humid, Warm and Windy, then Slightly-Less-Warm and Dry.
Here's my submission for the
2014 Winter art contest. ;u; I actually drew the background rather than relying entirely on shitty photoshop effects, so I'm pretty proud of it. ^w^
I don't know if I have a good chance at winning... the other submissions are amazing. D: I tried really hard and got to experiment with new effects, so at least that counts. :3
