Properly constructed space suits have a permeable force field around your cranial region. This keeps air in, while blocking radiation and most desbris, however, it has the nice effect of allowing you to actually be able to reach in and scratch when it itches.

Of course, you have to reach in slowly, if you try and reach in too fast, the shield will block your hand.

She's a traditionalist. Likes the feel of a good solid fishbowl around her head.

And in other news today, several female spacers filed suit against a local company that was hiring spacers and issuing too-skimpy space suits for purposes of making X-rated films.

Upon inspecting their suits the spacers noticed that many seams were merely held together with well hidden velcro.

The defendants could not be reached for comment...

Y'know, I admire the way you doodle the interaction between the ears, the skull, and the hair on all your characters. It doesn't look like they're, oh, having their ears duct taped on as an afterthought.
